Cost and Features

Venue Fee is $6800. We require $1,000.00 (nonrefundable) down to hold the date. Payment includes the following:

• Outside ceremony space, back patio, barn, and barn basement

• Up to 220 guests

• Air conditioning and heating. 

• All wood tables in the barn and patio tables are included. 

• Chairs for inside the barn.

• Restroom Access

• Parking lot

• Entertainment System

*The venue does not include: chairs for the ceremony space, decorations, catering, or cleanup.  Caterers and bartenders that can be used are found under “vendors” on our website.
